We are not an aggregator

Our dedicated team ensure your vehicle is serviced at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer. We provide complete oversight to ensure only required parts are replaced and only repairs that are absolutely necessary are carried out, saving you significant time and money. Our services comes with industry best warranty, with a minimum of 6 months or as provided by the services provider / manufacturer whichever is higher

We have carefully identified reliable multi-brand and OEM Service Centres where your Car can be serviced. We also support the service at your preferred choice of service centre / garage, if you make a specific request. We do not own any of these service centres. We solely work for you and not for any partner garages / service centres

ign8 highly recommend OEM approved spare parts for your Car, and that is what we utilize unless a specific request is made by our cutomers to utilize aftermarket or imported . We only utilize aftermarket or imported products if we are confident that it meets the required safety and reliability standards

Our sophisticated process is designed to ensure your Car gets the optimal service it deserve, following the manufacturer's recommendation. In the process, we ensure that you are not overcharged for services that are not required or for spares that do not require replacements. For instance, we ensure you will not be forced to change a complete outside mirror assembly (that cost you anywhere between Rs.4,500/- to Rs. 25,000/-) just because the cover or the glass is broken which can be replaced for about Rs. 500/- to Rs. 2,500/-
